Yeah, the DedEx crate is a Gorillaz reference, which shall be further explained in...well, in the next strip, most likely. Either way, it looks like Lizzy's gonna have a bone to pick with Joe once she is let out (or escapes, one of the two).
I'm so very very VERY exhausted right now. It's mind boggling. Mind bottling, even. With work and my lost day of...well, much of anything, I am no longer ahead on the strip! i need to fix this somehow, as we inch ever closer to the precipice of our one-hundredth strip and from there, our 117th strip, which will be the end of the book and the launch date for the very same product. 'tis almost upon us. I believe I shall take a sort of vacation at the end (or not, seeing as...well, seeing as that would almost certainly destroy the readership as they disappear in a puff of frustration).
It's only gonna get busier from here on, for at least a month, anyway. I'm taking two summer courses online beginning on the 8th, and that's going to be eating a lot of my time as I try to not fail and hopefully get caught up on credits even more. The more I think about it, it's probably best that I didn't get into one of the classes I had applied for -- that would've been 9 credit hours and right now, I'm not so sure if I can handle that. It'd be a doozy, lemme tell ye. All of ye.
