The debate rages on. Who will win? Well, the ladies, of course!
I'm so freakin' tired anymore guys...it's insane. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to keep myself busy this summer and now here I am, nads-deep in stuff to do. It's hard to find time to relax anymore, but luckily, I've managed to do a lot of it in the past 24 hours.
This past day has consisted of catching up with old friends, playing video games, and of course, forcibly attacking inanimate wood-producing organisms with a hatchet (a.k.a., yard work). It's really quite strange how much one takes free time and leisure time for granted as a young'un, and it occurs to me that we Americans tend to work ourselves to death. In France, one is all but required to take a vacation during a part of the year if memory serves, as well as having a society that embraces the need and desire to just chill out and take things slow. If it weren't for the fact that I'm already something of a rude or sassy person here, I'd probably go live in France someday. (The fact that I'm not yet fluent in the language notwithstanding.)
But anyhoo, that's neither here nor there and I'm rather happy living where I am for now. Who knows what the future'll bring. Hopefully biscuits.
Mmmm...biscuits.
