This Didn't Actually Happen...Yet

There are few things in life more entertaining than watching funny cat videos after everything else in your day has been finished. Seriously, seeing a real life cat honest-to-God saying "om nom nom" while it's eating is priceless. I'm not sorry.

Believe it or not, I've never watched Firefly before. I know, gasp, right? While I'm proud to think of myself as nerdy in just about every area in which one can be a nerd, I always felt out of place in that particular area. People would be like "Oh, Firefly," and I'd have to toss up a smokescreen of feigned knowledge by turning the conversation to my crush on Summer Glau. Works every time. However, even there I felt empty, because I know that it's quite hard to not be in love with Miss Glau and the fact that she's almost eight years older than I am almost completely negates any chance that I would have. That and, y'know, I live in Columbia. A boy can dream, can't he?

Back to the subject at hand, I've made it through half of the pilot (I had homework to do and a comic to draw) and plan on finishing the rest after my classes, homework, and WoWing today. Even with this minute exposure though, I already feel myself being drawn comfortably into the warm, incandescent glow of fanboyhood once more.

Joe out.
