Player: Bobby
Age: 20
Armed with a wry wit and a very earthbound view on things, Bobby is almost always the first one to call shenanigans on the silly things Joe and Chance find themselves caught up in. This doesn't absolve him from his obligation (by means of being friends with them) from finding himself in the middle of it also. Bobby is probably the only really "sane" one of the group and it drives him crazy...pun intended. He currently does not live in the dorms anymore, as Chance and Joe don't either.
-
Player: Chance
Age: 20
Laid-back, relaxed, and level-headed, Chance has been a close friend of Joe's for several years, having known him since they were about eight years old. A man of simple tastes, Chance loves to play video games and it is widely believed that he cannot lose in any of them (except to Joe, who has been known to give him a run for his money in Smash Bros. every now and then). He is currently an English teacher at a private school in his and Joe's hometown of Springfield.
-
Player: Joe
Age: 20
Joe is the de-facto main character of the strip, easily recognizable by his wacky scarf and penchant for storm-colored shirts. Joe is a psych/soc major and thus has a very good handle on what other people are thinking or doing and why -- note the "other people". Starry-eyed and something of a dreamer, Joe is eager to find a girl to settle down with and gets depressed easily when things don't seem to be working out for him. At least he's got his friends and his Corgi, Lamarr, there to lend a helping hand. He also has a scar across his face from when he tried to dress up like Squall from FFVIII and actually cut himself to get it. Weirdo.
-
Player: Lamarr
Age: 1 (7 in dog years)
A Pembroke Welsh Corgi, Lamarr is the faithful companion of Joe, her owner and "hoomin". Lamarr is cute, cuddly, and loyal, but she's not someone you want to make an enemy of, as Bobby will be quick to tell you. She once witnessed Bobby make fun of Joe and she has since made it her mission to make his life hell in as many ways as she can. At least, that's just an assumption, as she can't talk. She's also very smart, smart enough to where she can follow instructions to build Ceili's W3-B0 module. Also, she was named for the headcrab in Half-Life 2. There. I said it.
-
Player: Lizzy
Age: 21
Smart, sweet, short, and sassy, Lizzy is as geeky and impulsive as the rest of the boys and isn't afraid to prove it. An artist herself, she seems to be able to pop into The Author's coffee shop whenever she wants to and loves to give him significant amounts of crap. Is this why? Who knows. Still, Lizzy is an extremely kind person and is the first person Joe goes to whenever something's bothering him. She's also very protective of people and she uses her suspiciously (and ridiculously) powerful left arm to smash them into oblivion. She also likes to dress at the height of trendiness. Lizzy's weird.
Everyone else
-
Player: Author, The
Age: 20
The hyper-blond and super-trendy manifestation of the comic's creator, The Author inhabits a coffee shop in the space between the real world and the comic world. He recently revealed himself to the characters while trying to fix the mess he made trying to influence the strip in ways it shouldn't have gone. He's very sorry.
-
Player: Carlisle, The Mysterious Stranger
Age: Mysterious
The Mysterious Stranger of Fallout fame, Carlisle has been charged with protecting the Myers family for reasons unknown. All that is known is that he is under the direct command of the brothers' mom, he's very mysterious, and is essentially a guardian angel with a .44 Magnum. Don't mess with him.
-
Player: Carwin
Age: 20
Chain-smokin', hard-drinkin', trash-talkin'...and apparently has a car. Carwin does his own thing more often than not, but he and The Author have known each other for a very long time and can be found bummin' around The Author's shop. Generous to a fault, Carwin is always willing to lend a helping hand. Just don't take his hat.
-
Player: Ceili
Age: 19
A friend of Joe and Justin's, Ceili was living in France for almost a year and thus had Lamarr build a robotic hovering webcam thing so that she could still interact with the crew while she was across the ocean. She has since returned to America, but still uses the robot for some reason, probably simply because it's awesome. The W3-B0 unit, as it's called, has more gadgets than a Swiss Army knife, which Justin uses to help build whatever it is he's working on at the time.
-
Player: Grant
Age: 20
If you looked up the words "overworked", "patient", "stressed", and "driven freakin' insane by his friends" in the dictionary...well, you'll probably find definitions for those words and hopefully realize that the dictionary does not define entire phrases, especially not that last one. Grant is the Vice President of the 3rd Floor, which means that the 362 crew is his problem. He is, shall we say, very fond of the fairer sex and fancies himself as something of a ladies' man. While he is quite skilled with wooing other women, he finds a challenge (and several potential health risks) in flirting with the 362 girls. To drive this point home, he was introduced to Lizzy when she drove her fist into his face for hitting on her. His new teeth will be coming in shortly.
-
Player: Justin
Age: 21
Joe's older brother, Justin is an evil genius of the highest caliber, even going so far as to plot and mastermind many of the events that happened during and after the Rock Band arc until The Author had to intervene to prevent things from going haywire. Insanely intelligent and extremely evil, Justin even has his own evil genius lair somewhere in Columbia, where he works with Ceili's W3-B0 unit to construct various nefarious devices for his deeds. Other than the evil genius bit though, he's a really good guy. After meeting The Author, he was given an opposite scar from Joe's, but he has yet to realize he has it. Practical jokes are fun. -
Player: Lauren
Age: 19
Chance's better half, Lauren is athletic, smart, attractive, and kind. Why she chooses to spend time with the 362 crew, we'll probably never know. She is just as weird as Chance and is proud of it. Lauren is the oddball in the group, being as geeky and nerdy as everyone else on one hand while being sporty and popular on the other. Whatever the case, she'll choose the 362 crew over anyone else...at least, if there's not a soccer game that day. She also surfs, plays sports, and other things alien to the rest of the crew (like sweating) and despite her best efforts, the others are loathe to join her in her unusual "exercise" rituals.
-
Player: Mom
Age: A lady never tells her age.
The mother to the terrible twosome, Mrs. Myers is a hardworking and sane individual who works at a hospital as an extremely skilled nurse to premature infants. While she is a generally sweet woman, if you push her buttons, she will show you just where her sons got their snarky devil-may-care attitude. It's rumored that her version of the stink eye can actually kill a person from five-thousand paces as well as give surrounding cattle a year-long headache. Don't mess with the Filipino woman. -
Player: Zombie Jesus
Age: Dead
He's a zombie named Jesus who can't understand why people keep calling on him to perform miracles other than turning water into booze or performing a perfect Mexican hat dance. He's also the reigning champion for Best Mustache on an Undead for the last twelve years in a row. He also looks great in that serape.
